Your relationships.
A shared understanding.
For brokers and advisers working with growing US consumer brands.
Enquire Introductions start with an enquiry.
A clear focus.
A considered approach.
Draft is built around the businesses behind consumer brands.
We focus on US companies selling their own physical products, with financing needs shaped by inventory, wholesale orders and ecommerce growth.
We want to understand the whole business: how it earns its margins, when cash arrives and what its next stage of growth requires.
An introduction
starts with a conversation.
Tell us about your firm
Use the enquiry form to share your firm and the kinds of businesses you work with. We'll arrange a conversation.
Keep client information private
Please don't send client files, financial statements, bank details or identity documents until we've agreed how to proceed with a particular business.
Clear arrangements
Any introducer arrangement is agreed in writing in advance and subject to applicable law. An enquiry doesn't create an appointment, referral agreement or entitlement to commission.
EnquireA few essentials.
Which businesses does Draft finance?
US-registered companies selling their own physical consumer products through their own stores, marketplaces, wholesale and retail. We finance businesses for business purposes only. See who Draft is for.
How do I introduce a client?
Start with an enquiry about your firm. Once we've spoken, we'll agree how to introduce a specific business and what information it should share directly with us.
Do you publish rates or referral fees?
No. Terms depend on each business and are set out in writing. Any introducer arrangement is agreed separately in advance.
Who reviews my enquiry?
The Draft team. Our Privacy Notice explains how enquiry information is handled.
Work with
US consumer brands?
Access to Draft is by enquiry. Tell us about the business and what it's planning, and we'll take it from there.
EnquireAn enquiry takes a few minutes and doesn't commit you or Draft to anything.
