From first conversation
to a clear proposal.
Six steps, with you in control of what you share at every stage.
- 01
Enquire
Tell us about the business, how it sells and what it’s planning. It takes a few minutes and doesn’t commit you to anything.
- 02
Get to know the business
We talk with the founders or finance team about channels, margins, stock and the plan the financing would support.
- 03
Share information securely
If it makes sense to go further, we ask for authorised access to the records that show how cash moves, and we verify the company and the people who own and control it.
- 04
Assessment
Our credit team looks at the whole picture: where sales come from, what the business keeps, what is already committed and how financing would be repaid. People make every financing decision.
- 05
Proposal and agreement
If we can help, we set out the amount, total cost, repayments, security and conditions in writing. Nothing is agreed until both sides sign.
- 06
Ongoing relationship
While financing is in place, and with your permission, connected information stays up to date, so the next conversation starts from a current view.
What we
